The Arrowhead Foundation, as an EPA Technical Assistance Grant recipient, fosters citizen-involvement in local environmental issues. Specifically, the foundation encourages awareness, education and involvement regarding post-mining era clean-up progress, issues and redevelopment among Anaconda, Mont.- area residents. The foundation approached us to tell stories about positive progress in and around the community. We produced three initial films to illustrate past, present and future success in key land. A micro-site delivery strategy was chosen and included supplemental educational content to complement the films. The organization deemed the entire project a major success as the target audience becomes increasingly aware of the group’s purpose and presence.
